HEALTHY PUPPY
CONTRACT:
The purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian within 72 hours of it's arrival. If the examination
indicates that at the time of sale, the puppy was unfit for
purchase due to illness, disease or genetic
defect. You may return the
puppy & all the registration papers & paper work that was
received with the puppy & a letter from your Vet explaining what
is wrong with the puppy. Return this to the Breeder at buyers
expense & once the Breeder's Vet has evaluated the findings a
refund for the cost of the puppy only or a replacement puppy of
equivalent value (Cost of puppy on original contract) will be
given as soon as one
becomes available. Most Breeds will be replaced within 6 months, we only breed
our dogs once per
year, so it could take a little longer if no puppies are
available at such time, from the time the Registration Papers
are returned.
Any shipping, delivery expenses, Payment Transaction Fees or Veterinarian expenses are not refundable.
ONE YEAR GUARANTEE
AGAINST GENETIC or
CONGENITAL DEFECTS:
If within the first year of ownership, a Veterinarian detects a
genetic defect or
congenital
defect to be serious enough to warrant the euthanization of the puppy,
weather your decide to euthanize the puppy or decide not to
or if the puppy dies due to a genetic defect. We will replace
your puppy.
All expenses
Vet, medical, shipping or otherwise incurred to diagnose or
repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Prior to the euthanization of the puppy or once the condition is
found or if the puppy dies. The full report from your
Veterinarian needs
to be sent to the breeder immediately. If the breeder's Vet concurs. The breeder will replace the puppy with one of
equivalent value (Cost of puppy on original contract), upon
return of the puppy's registration papers & written explanation from
the licensed Veterinarian to the Breeder. A replacement puppy will
be
provided to the Buyer no later then one year (Most Breeds will
be replaced within 6 months, we only breed once per
year, so it could take a little longer if no puppies are
available at such time) from the time the
Registration Papers are returned. If within that time a
replacement of equivalent value is not available the Breeder will
replace the puppy with one of greater value at no charge to
the Buyer.
All expenses:
shipping, delivery, Paypal Transaction Fees, Payment Transaction
Fees or any Vet, medical
fees otherwise incurred to diagnose or repair a problem
will be the responsibility of the buyer.
This guarantee is only good for replacement for the
original puppy/dog on the original contract.
Any & all shipping & delivery charges are Buyer Responsibility
& are non-refundable.
Buyer is to take possession as owner of the puppy/dog upon picking
up the puppy at Courtyard Puppies facility or at the airport/final
destination.
Size & Color are not guaranteed.
Hypoglycemia is not
covered by this Health Guarantee.
All puppies are for sale until a deposit is received to hold a puppy.
Deposits are Non-Refundable, but can be transferred to another
puppy if you should choose to do so.
*Legal Disclaimer:
If by chance this should ever take place, any and all legal action
against seller will take place in Butler County Courthouse in
Butler County Kansas under Kansas Law. This contract is null &
void if the terms & conditions are not fulfilled. (We are
relocating soon and this will then tale place in our new county
& state.)

If you would like to purchase our new Life Time Replacement
Guarantee for additional $1800. If can be purchased at any
time for any of our puppies that have been purchased from us.
You can even make Payments, once the Guarantee is paid in full
we will send you a Sales Receipt of it's purchase & a Copy of
your new Life Time Guarantee.
Our New Life Time Replacement Guarantee will cover your puppy if
your puppy gets Lost or Stolen or has any Medical Problems at
all that may affect your puppy life style, or if your puppy dies
by accidental reasons. We will replace your puppy once you have
provided us with proof of your claim. A written Police Report,
if lost or Stolen. A written Medical Report from a
Licensed Veterinarian if the puppy has Medical problems or dies
for any reason. This Guarantee even covers the cost of shipping
or any Delivery expenses that may occur to get your Replacement
Puppy to you, (up to $400 in Shipping & Delivery Expenses.
Shipping only in the U.S.) No Refunds will be given,
only a Replacement Puppy for the Puppy on the Original Sales
Contract is covered by this Guarantee.
